- HKHS Exhibition Centre (the “Centre”) offers Guided Tour Service (the “Service”) to schools and non-profit organisations (including local registered kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, special schools, post-secondary institutions, universities, charity groups and non-profit organisations). The Centre has the right to request for supporting documents, for verifying the nature of the organisation, in order to process the application.
- Applications for the Service are processed on a first-come first-served basis. Visiting schools and groups can submit applications within a two-week to three-month period before the proposed visiting date via the Centre’s website.
- Results for the Service’s application will be let known via email within 3 working days from the day of application.
- Visiting schools and groups must arrive at the Centre punctually. The Centre reserves the right to shorten or cancel the booking if the visiting school/group arrives more than 15 minutes late.
- Should there be any changes to the visiting arrangements (e.g. date, time, number of participants, etc.), or to cancel the booking, visiting schools and groups must contact the Centre at least 1 working day before the confirmed visiting date. Any cancelled activities will not be rearranged.
- The person-in-charge of visiting schools and groups should keep the order of fellow group members, and arrange sufficient support staff members. The recommended staff-to-visitor ratio is 1:10 (except for visitors with special needs).
- Should there be any emergencies during the visit, please contact the Centre staff.
- All visitors must comply with the General House Rules.
- The Centre reserves the rights of final decisions in regard to the Service’s applications and arrangements.

- Visiting schools and groups are required to submit a new application for any bookings cancelled due to inclement weather conditions.
