The Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) offered placement opportunity to a student studying Building Services Engineering at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE Tuen Mun) through a posting at Prosperous Garden from 15 January to 30 April 2018. His attachment prgramme covered the estate's daily operation as well as the repair and maintenance of facilities.
